In response to the COVID-19 health risks now prevalent in Australia, Coast Tours and Transfers has reviewed all processes to co-ordinate and minimise the impact to our passengers, to accommodate changes in travel plans as well as reducing the risk of exposure to passengers and staff.
Based on health advice available, Coast Tours and Transfers have implemented additional measures to safeguard our passengers and staff.
• Hand sanitiser is made available for passengers and drivers in every vehicle.
• Vehicle interior surfaces are being treated with a disinfectant solution between every transfer.
• Fabric surfaces are being treated with a disinfectant solution between every transfer.
• Protective medical equipment has been made available to drivers (ie; masks, gloves etc); the use of equipment provided is optional and at the drivers discretion.
Passengers: If you are required to self-isolate, if you are unwell or unable to travel, or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please notify our team as soon as possible. We will work with you to ensure the best course of action.
We understand there may be changes required to be made in passengers travel plans as the situation changes. Where possible, we will make every effort to accommodate the schedule changes.
