The consumption of food and beverages is only permitted in the vehicles once the driver is notified. We would appreciate your due diligence in refraining from consuming messy food items ie; sausage rolls, pastries etc. for cleanliness and hygiene reasons.

If you are travelling in our Toyota Hiace Commuter (11 person seating capacity), luggage will be stored in the boot. Generally speaking, we say 1 suitcase and 1 carry on hand luggage per passenger, which is the same as most airline requirements.
Please advise Customer Service at the time of booking if you will be travelling with more luggage so we can arrange alternate options, if required. Fees may apply, depending on volume and capacity.
Flight details are requested to ensure your flight is on schedule for arrival. Where possible, if your flight is delayed, Coast will do its best to meet the late flight so there is no interruption to your service.
